Creating a memorable event is our thing! We can take your vision and turn it into the most striking reality.
I’m Amanda, Creative Director, mother of 3, foodie, stylist, and lover of the Arts and Design.
I started my career as a professional hair and makeup artist, graduating from London Collage of Fashion. I had many successes with work published in some fab publications such as Vogue and Tatler. I spent many a long day on the most design led sets imaginable, I was so i inspired by what could be achieved, I found a passion for styling & theming for events and I’ve never looked back.
With 15 years of event styling under my belt, in 2015 Hire Your Day was born. Each and every day, my world is with brimming with creative flow, colour, textiles, flowers, planning and sourcing beautiful props. Oh and smiles. Lots of smiles.
Our ethos at Hire Your Day is to embrace what you have in mind for your dream day and turn it into a reality. We thrive on creating unique themes personal to each event, and we never stop sourcing, creating, and meeting new suppliers to ensure we are surrounded by inspiration to pass onto our clients.
With a wonderfully talented and supportive team, we pride ourselves on efficiency and creativity. We are a cheerful and innovative bunch, with an abundance of energy, who come together to achieve seamless, show stopping events.
With over 2000 weddings under our belt, we have your big day covered. You can use us to hire everything you need for a DIY day, or we can project manage and provide you with imaginative design concepts for installations, sets, props and theming.
